System Connection

1. Connect the positive and negative electrodes of the battery to the controller as shown in the figure, and the controller will automatically detect the battery voltage.

2. Connect the positive and negative poles of the solar panel to the controller as shown in the figure.

3. Connect the positive and negative poles of the load to the controller as shown in the figure. Improper sequence will damage the controller! Reverse sequence applies when uninstalling!

Product usage advice

1. The controller adapts automatically to 12V/24V. When installing for the first time, please make sure that the battery has enough voltage for the controller.

2. Install the controller as close to the battery as possible to avoid the voltage drop caused by the long wire and affect the normal voltage judgment.

3. This controller is suitable for all kinds of lead-acid batteries (including open, sealed, gel and other batteries). If you charge other batteries, you must be familiar with the battery characteristics and set the appropriate charging parameters. For example: charge 12V lithium battery, disable output protection setting 9.5V, fully protect 12.2V, start charging voltage 11.5V when the battery drops.

4. The controller can only use photovoltaic panels as the charging source, please do not use DC or other power sources as the charging source

5. The controller will heat up when it is running. Please install the controller on a flat and well-ventilated surface.

Product Troubleshooting Guide

Abnormal phenomenon: sunny but not charging?
Possible cause: The photovoltaic panel is open or reversed.
Solution: Reconnect the photovoltaic panel.

Abnormal phenomenon: the load mark does not light up?
Possible cause: wrong mode setting/battery voltage too low.
Solution: Reset/recharge.

Abnormal phenomenon: The load logo flashes slowly?
Possible reasons: Load overcurrent.
Solution: Reduce the load power.

Abnormal phenomenon: the load logo flashes quickly?
Possible causes: Short circuit protection.
Solution: Remove short circuit, automatic recovery.

Abnormal phenomenon: the controller does not light up?
Possible cause: battery voltage is too low/reverse connection.
Solution: Replace battery/check for reverse connection.

Abnormal phenomenon: no charging suddenly?
Possible reasons: The solar panel disappears, only the arrow overheat protection.
Workaround: The device recovers itself.
