*Don't forget to remove transparent backing side before putting on glass or it will not cling(Use a tape on a corner of the back side (the smooth side) to quickly remove the backing protective film).

*Please use a hair dryer to soften the film under cold weather (Heat Resistant up to 176℉)

The glass sticker is easy to cut and apply, suitable for windows, front door, sidelight, sliding door, french door, etc. The film allows lights can come through but blurs the detail behind the glass.



How to Install YaJing Privacy Window Film


Step 1. Keep Window or Glass Clean

Step 2. Measure the window and determine the size.

Step 3. If you need to cut, draw lines on the window film with markers.

Step 4. Wet the Window or Glass with water( the more water, the better)

Step 5. Remove the Static Film from the backing protect sheet ( Please MAKE SURE you have removed it before you apply the matte window film to glass), if it is difficult to tear off the protective film, you can try to tape the two sides with duct tape and then peel off.

Step 6. Squeegee away air bubbles and redundant water with a scraper or hard card (Don't move it again for 24 hours)

Step 7. Much easier than Wall Decals, 2 people work together more efficiently.

Step 8. Enjoy your works! If you want to remove it, simply peel the window film from any corner. It comes off leaving no residue cleanly.

Tips for Installation:

  1. Aclean and smooth glass surfacewithout any dust, fiber or any kind of texture is needed.

  2. The transparent backing film must be peeled off.Otherwise, the film will fall off when the water is dry.(Key steps)

  3. Sprayplenty of waterevenly on window while you install the window film.

  4. Paste the film little by little instead of pasting it all at once.（Prevents generation of large bubbles）

  5. Do not apply to the window frame(1-2mm pitch). Cut off excessive edges after application if needed.

  6. The film may be a little tough and its adhesive effect will be impacted in winter. Solution: use hair dryer or warm water to soft it. ( Heat resistance is under 176℉).
